The internet sales representative was able to get a hold of me shortly after, his name is Christopher. We talked about the availability and the car price, but since the website for that specific truck did not have any pictures, I waited for more updates and photographs to be uploaded. So, just last week, I checked on the site again and found out that pictures were already available for that truck. I called the internet sales representative to schedule an appointment. We even talked about the car price again from where we left off. He told me to come in at a specific time, and that he'd have the car ready for us to see and a test drive. I travelled an hour away from home to meetup at the dealership, hopeful that I was going to get a good deal. I even brought a family member with me to help check the vehicle. When I arrived there, the internet sales representative had me sit down in his office for a few minutes. He took out a piece of paper and started ruffling, apparently looking the vehicle details. He then told me that there was an "error", that the price of that vehicle he gave me was wrong. I would have understood that situation if he apologized right away, but here's what happened right after. He asked me if I am interested in some other trucks they had on the lot, and told me that he could give me a deal on the OTHER trucks they have. I replied, "No, the only reason I came here was because of that specific truck.". He told me to take a look at the truck first and then talk more afterwards. A female agent took over, introduced here self and then proceeded to take us to the lot. The female agent took us to another vehicle then started talking about how great this other vehicle was, a gray Chevy truck. Annoyed by the fact that the agent was swerving her pitch, I told her that it was not vehicle I wanted. She took us further to the back, squeezing through a couple of cars parked very closely to each other. To my dismay, the truck that I wanted was on the back corner, parked facing the sidewalk and road, blocked off by 3 other cars. The sales agent didn't even bring the key with her! It was vey inconvenient. She even told me, "I can have all 3 vehicles back out if you want", I mean, wasn't that the whole point of seeing the vehicle? To test drive or to see the interior? So we waited patiently, not too long enough, another sales representative introduced himself, an african-american male named Mel. He started talking about the "mistake"; reiterating that it was nin fact human error, that the price of the vehicle went up from $39,995 to $45,995. He then dismissed our concerns about driving into town an hour away just to be disappointed about a sudden inconvenience. Again, I would have disregarded the error if they told me earlier, through phone, email, or whatever they used before in getting back to me. Also, it would have been reasonable enough for them to create an "error" if I just based my queries on a simple picture of the truck. But no, I started inquiring about the truck a MONTH ago, using the stock number of the truck as reference for the price since the truck did not have any other information in the first place. He started talking about another vehicle (again) parked beside the truck that I wanted, telling me that it was closer to the price initially given to me by the internet sales representative. We asked Mel for a last price for the vehicle. He went inside the office (again) to get more details, came back with more unappealing news. He told us that the vehicle, was now priced at $54,995 because of another erroneous mishap. Without any hesitation, we left the dealership. Just as we were about to walk off, we heard, "Okay, 52 thousand". What a waste of time; frustrated on how I fell for a very basic marketing bait and switch tactic. An actual experience of how deceitful car dealerships can be. A friend already told me about her awful and unprofessional experience with this specific car dealer after purchasing her vehicle last February, but still, I decided to test my luck. I can therefore attest to it, STAY AWAY FROM MELLOY NISSAN DEALERSHIP. More

Service department is a mess. However long they tell you it will be to get car serviced add additional 2-hours. The service writers don’t communicate with the mechanic’s. Requested tire rotation and air pre it will be to get car serviced add additional 2-hours. The service writers don’t communicate with the mechanic’s. Requested tire rotation and air pressure check. Listed on the bill but did not happen. Complained to the service manager,(Mike Anderson), told to bring car back and they would rotate tires and comp me a car wash and fill up for my extra trip back. They rotated my tires but no car wash or fill up. Said no one but a manager can approve and service manager was not in. As an additional slap in my face they never bothered to let me know car was ready. I sat in the service waiting area over 2-hours until I finally tracked someone down. Will never go back More

I drove Stay AWAY from Mellon Nissan I am in the medical field and travel with my job. In Aug 2020 I took an assignment in Albuquerque NM. I drove my new 2020 Nissan Murano from Virginia to New Mexico and had a few issues. I found Mellon Nissan on the internet as the closest dealership. On their website they offer a chat to setup service calls so I requested a call since I was following a state mandated self quarantine. I never received a call back for two days so I called service myself. I got an appointment and took my car in on a Monday morning 730am. They found a camera had an issue and ordered the part. Only problem there was it was after 1030am when they ordered the part so it wouldn't be in the next day. I had to Uber home because they had discontinued their shuttle service with Covid19. I found this to be POOR customer service since my home dealership was still doing shuttle service. Covid19 has altered our world but companies are adjusting but not this dealership. I had to pay for Uber to and from work while waiting for the part to arrive on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon I am told the part still had not arrived so I requested a car rental. The service person said that would be no problem. PROBLEM! It seems this dealership has had so thefts from out of state drivers so they will not allow rentals to anyone not from New Mexico. I offered to show them my work contact, my Covid19 test and hotel reservation showing my stay in New Mexico was until the end on the year. The lady would NOT even take the information to the manager! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The service representative drove me to Enterprise Car Rental to get a car. This was the only good experience I have encountered to date with this dealership. They still have my car so I am certain more poor customer service is to follow. I just spent $50,000 on a car and within 4 months it needs service. I have been treated like a CRIMINAL at Melloy Nissan not a loyal Nissan customer. Do yourself a favor don't do any business with Malloy Nissan! More
Dishonest, poor quality and rude service. Don’t go here This service shop is dishonest, slow, rude and sloppy. They kept my car for routine service for almost two weeks. The service advisor kept giving me This service shop is dishonest, slow, rude and sloppy. They kept my car for routine service for almost two weeks. The service advisor kept giving me incorrect invoices and telling me to pay without detailing out what I was charged for, and refused to give me a correct invoice when I asked that the coupons I wanted to use from their website be applied to my bill. He became rude on the phone and told me I would see discounts on the final bill AFTER I PAID. Makes a lot of sense right??? Yeah. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal not to itemize everything for a customer especially when they ask you to do that. The manager gave me some doctored invoice AFTER I paid, claiming they had given me coupon discounts. I don’t believe they did, and the final bill that this slick sloppy advisor Joe gave me was several hundred dollars above the estimate they gave me. On top of this, they did not even put the sticker in my window indicating an oil change had been done. Also the invoice indicates a cheaper oil change was done that what I asked for, even though slick sloppy Joe said that they did the more expensive one (I dont think they even changed my oil). My car now has a rattling noise inside of it when I’m driving which it never had before. And I still haven’t been given an explanation for why they kept my car for almost two weeks. The floor is dirty in my car and it smells even though it was clean inside when I dropped it off. Rude service to give someone their car back dirty. And slick sloppy Joe also tried to sell me cheap tires. The dude put tires on my car without checking with me what kind he was using. Then he got angry at me when I came to pick up my car and told him I’d prefer nicer tires. Talked to me like a child, and proceeded with dramatics in the parking lot, dude badgered me to get out of my car to look at the tires more closely (I have 20/20 vision) , I said listen I can see that those are cheap tires, I don’t want them. I will pay for different ones. So the dude gets one of my old tires, brings it out and says look it’s the same. Lol. I said it’s not. He finally admits that my tires were discontinued so he used something similar. I said I’m sorry you should have checked with me first. And the dude talks down to me for the second time making fun of me for not getting out of my vehicle because I’m supposed to stay away from people now due to health reasons and coronavirus. Dude uses this as a reason to talk down to me for a second time and says he can’t help me because I stayed in my vehicle while talking to him on the phone. This is a disgusting place to be or expect anyone to help take care of your car. You’d get better service at sonic or a car wash than this dump with rude SLICK SLOPPY JOES. I’m going to be reporting this place to everyone I can including the state and the BBB. They ripped off the wrong person , most likely because I’m a female. Don’t go here ever. More
