Thank you for taking a moment to show your concern. I do want to assure you that our store does not engage in "Yo Yo" finance practices. We rely on the information provided by our customers to obtain finance approvals. When a lender discovers that an applicant has been less than honest or not provided critical information they have the right to cancel an approval. Since this affects our reputation with our lenders as well as our relationship with our customers it is something that we never want to see happen. We are deeply sorry that it did happen with your transaction.

Your dealership was “less than honest” with me and my husband!!!! I called the bank that you supposedly had an approved loan with and they didn’t have anything offered to them on file!! We disclosed everything honestly in the beginning before even signing anything. I was also treated as if I was something less than a human being for being furloughed from my job due to COVID!!! NOT my fault. You people treated me like I was a homeless person coming in off the streets to buy a car. When you come into a dealership saying I have bad credit this is our situation but we want to see if we can buy a vehicle that’s on YOU for being dishonest and having us sign a loan on a vehicle, drive it off the lot and there was never an approved loan in the first place! Not to mention you people trashed my trade in that was returned to me with leaving your trash, dirty hand prints and it smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in there for weeks. We don’t smoke!! Bottom line——> Horrible customer service and there is NOTHING you can do to make this right.

Cheri, I'm very sorry to hear that you were not treated well at our dealership. Providing excellent service to our customers is a priority to all of our team members and it looks like we fell short of this goal in your case. Unfortunately, we are limited by state health orders regarding some phase of our operation.At the time you were here for service the shuttle was one of those areas where we were limited. We do have a policy to not rent cars to individuals with out of state licenses. While the fact that we have had cars stolen is certainly one of the reasons for this policy, but there are contractual reasons as well.
