Service is horrible. You cannot make an appointment anymore and expect to get your car serviced at the appointed time. They just say that they'll "do the best they can" to get your car serviced sometim anymore and expect to get your car serviced at the appointed time. They just say that they'll "do the best they can" to get your car serviced sometime that day! The last time I went in with a 10:00 appt. for a 55,000 mile service and oil change and they kept me waiting for an hour before bringing my car in, then another hour and a half before bringing my car out WITHOUT the 55,000 service being done - just the oil change! "SORRY, WE ARE AWFULLY BUSY" was their answer. Funny, they used to be good and prompt. Not anymore. Something changed. I'm never going back there. More

Horrible communication. Do not work with Brian. I was told labor fees would be $27 I paid $130 an hour for 6 hours. And 800 in parts. A fob, starter and easily accessed fuel pump under my back seat. Enquired about a new truck that was listed on their website. The salesperson said it was available. When I visited the dealership it wasn’t available.
