So when the time came that we decided in 2012 that we were ready,We went back to melloy nissan and asked for Susan, we explained to her that the Nissan Murano had caught our eye,she proceeded to show us several different models with different options, she found us our perfect vehicle our 2012 Murano Platinum. Susan is very personable and took all the time I needed to find just the right vehicle for myself. In addition, when I returned the following day with my husband, she even took more time to help me find a to find just the right vehicle for myself. In the long run, I was glad that happened because I am very happy with the graphite blue color that I did end up purchasing much better than just the white. I get so many compliments on the vehicle and especially the color. She made sure to show me all the little devices that my vehicle is loaded with. Of course, I cannot remember how to use all of them; however, she did assure me that if I have any questions at all, she will be glad to either show me or explain to me if I didn't have time to make it back to the dealer. The experience was excellent. Fred was amazing.. super friendly and respectful. He was not pushy, nor did he try to get me into a vehicle i did not want. My wife and I met Susan Miller in August of 2011 on a trip through Albuquerque. Stopped in to take a quick look at the 370Z's. Susan went out of her way to try and locate the car my wife wanted. Melloy did not have the EXACT car my wife wanted on the lot and since we were on our way to another city we had to leave. Susan continued her search and found the car we were looking for. I told Susan that day that we had just received news of our son's wedding and that it wasnt the right time. I thanked her for her efforts and promised I would contact her when we were ready. I contacted Susan in March 2012 and told her we were ready! She got back to me immediately with a promise of our new 370z showing up at the end of the month EXACTLY the way we wanted it and at great price! We just got back from Albuquerque with my wife's new 2012 370z and couldnt be happier with how everything went. The whole experience was fantastic! I would drive the 300+ miles(one way) again in order to purchase our next new car from Susan. Her customer service is far and away the best. Our dealership in Las Cruces and the sales people associated with it do not even come close to Susan and Melloy! Melloy, I hope you realize what a special salesperson you have in your employ!
