Service assistant John Vigil is a bad representative for Melloy. He was extremely rude to me when I brought my truck back. Their service manager apologized but it wasn't enough to smooth over the fact that xxxxxxx John Vigil turned into a rude disrespectful jerk. I am sixty-six years old and have never been shown such extreme disrespect to my face than what xxxxxxx John Vigil pulled. He should be removed from any position that has contact with customers. More

Do not go to ANY MELLOY DEALERSHIPS. I brought my car in to melloy dodge for transmission repair. My car drove but stalled and said "service transmission" they had my car for a month. I got it back and drove less than a week. My odometer said 60 miles since i picked it up from them. And it stalls again on the side of the road. Same message. Service transmission. I just paid 2k for. I take it back to dodge. The next day they say they need $5,500 more now to fix it. They are claiming it's a different problem now and won't help me at all. I would of never paid the 2k if I didn't know they didn't fix the problem. Scam artists!!! Really gross less than a week later I'm back with my car still broke. If I knew it cost 7.5k total I would of not gotten my car fixed. It seems like they told me one part at a time cause I would of said no to the entire total. At least they got $2000 from me. It better be worth it. Do not go here if you care about money. Do not go here unless you can afford to throw out thousands of dollars. I might loose my job now cause I cannot afford to buy a new car. That 2k I would of used to buy a replacement car. The worse part is when I complained to the manager Jason, he said he could give me a deal on a new car. xxx. Bought a GMC Yukon XL 6weeks ago have to have an oil change and new tires . They paid for the oil change but let the SUV go with bad tires. I checked the vehicle out on the website for 2 weeks before I went out to buy it. Wouldn't advise buying a vehicle at Melly Dodge if this is how the treat buyers. Tires and alignment will cost me over $1400.. More
I bought my 2018 2500 diesel dodge ram in Aug of 2019. I have taken my truck to mellows on coors for all my maintainance needs. I made apointment for June 2, 2022 to address two concerns. 1. Rearview mir I have taken my truck to mellows on coors for all my maintainance needs. I made apointment for June 2, 2022 to address two concerns. 1. Rearview mirror is loose. I attached a garmen device holder on mirror 2 yrs ago. Just the holder never used devise in it. I wanted to see if it could be fixed. I was told it may not be under warranty due to garden holder attached. I replied if so I still want it fixed cause it was so loose. 2. I have noticed the emergency brake peddle pushes down farther than it used to and wanted to know if it needed adjustment Tech called me same day with recommendations. 1. Said mirror had some broken parts inside and recommended replacement $1,200.00 plus and was not under warranty due to the garden holder I attached. 2. Said he recommends emergency brake adjustment $179.00 I declined to approve the work and told him to prepare my truck for me to pick up. I picked up the truck on June 3, 2022 and paid invoice of $113.74 for inspection only [ no work performed). I drove truck straight to Admiral camper on 2nd street for advice. He recommended I go to Anderson glass on Candelaria. I called before going and told him mirror was broken and hanging down. He said he could fix it and to bring it over. I was 7 min. Away and he repaired it with in 10 to 15 min.and charged me $15.00 total. He said all he did was replace a stripped screw and there were no broken parts. The mirror works fine. I drove directly back to mellow and asked to speak to manager. I didn't get his name, he was very stern and listened to the above and I told him I wanted a refund on the $113.74. His response was there was a broken part and he saw it and his tech deserved to be paid for his time. (There was no broken part for me to see in my vehicle) he handed my invoice to me and walked away. I accept the mirror may have been loosend by hanging the garmen on it. The issue is why do I have to pay $113.00 for inspection only for something a glass company fixed in less than 15 min. For $15.00. Melloy wanted $1,4 Then I took my truck to jiffy lube and big 0 tire in Rio Rancho and asked them if they could adjust emergency brake. They both told me there was no adjustment to do. The peddle seemed to go farther down than normal because of brake ware. Big 0 tire mechanic got behind the wheel started engine, engaged emergency brake and put it in gear and reved the engine and said the emergency brake is doing its job and there is no issue or adjustment to be made I don't think I am being treated fairly and honestly. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. Needless to say I won't be doing business at Mellows in the future. More
I purchase a new 2016 Dodge grand caravan, from Meloy Dodge. I did not have any problems with the vehicle, on till it failed a emission test at 70, 000miles. I called Dealer's service manager Jason Sanchez, and ask him if vehicle is still covered by federal emmission components warranty. Jasson will not give me any warranty information un less I provide him a Vin number, I have to look for vin number and call Jasson again, just to hear a simple unswer "no" He waisted 1.5 hour of my time, and to my astonishment he raised his voice claiming that I "waisted his time". Unswering a custummer's simple querstion is a big problem ! More
What a joke this Fiat service department is. I was here for over 2 and a half hours trying to get my car fob reprogrammed. The service manager doesn’t seem to work weekends so there is no one to oversee an for over 2 and a half hours trying to get my car fob reprogrammed. The service manager doesn’t seem to work weekends so there is no one to oversee anything. They tried to send me away with it still not working, after they had already charged me for the work. A week later, it doesn’t work, the service manager is more concerned with where I bought it than why it doesn’t work. I watched a video on the Internet about it, changed the battery and fixed it myself. Also they said my car battery was good, however the express lane told me the day before that it needed changing?? Found a better offer for a car and trade in else where and purchased it. Now they are the closest Dodge dealer so I thought I would try the service. A simple oil change and tire inspection. After being told twice I have to go there, not here, then no you need to do this, I was done!. Empty service bay, plenty of techs standing around, but insist I go thru the drive thru express bay. Ill pulled out of bay turned into express then told no I need to drive back around and come into the front. THAT WAS THE TWICE!! If I want to go thru I drive thru express bay Ill go to Jiffy Lube. The service advisor should have wrote my ticket up, asked for my keys, offered a call back or directed to waiting room and called express tech to come get vehicle. Deleted this dealership from my Uconnect app! More
Dealership is NOT customer focused, they will stand behind their employees rather than listening to their paying customers. They have lost our customer loyalty. They will make the customer out to be the bad guy. My recent encounter went all the way to Bill Melloy and he stood behind his mediocre staff 100%. All they had to do was rectify my issue and he made it feel like he was doing me a favor, I had paid for a service and not only did they not do as I requested. They made me feel as if they were above me, They all stood behind one another. They made up a story to make then look like they do no wrong. When all I told the receptionist was that I was tired of talking to a voicemail and wanted to speak to an actual person, she yelled at me on the phone and said that she was trying to find someone, and then to the service manager that I was coming back to get it taken care of. It's not my fault he has an issue when dealing with a customer complaint. I have always had problems with Jason Sanchez so this wasn't the first instance., Our conversations have never been at all pleasant and he berated me on the phone and I spoke my mind with a few choice words. When will they finally figure out that HE'S the problem, who knows. I told Bill Melloy I thought the customer was always right and he said bluntly NOT HERE. I felt like I was being cross examined and I was going nowhere at this point so i told him I know how to resolve it my way and just have my bank reverse the charges on my credit card, issue resolved. Bill Melloy then got irate with me and invaded my personal space and said to me if I did that to never come back that he could care less how many vehicles we have bought here. That our buying several vehicles wasn't going to make a difference to him. Not a problem, I see a BRAND NEW FORD SUPER DUTY AND A BRAND NEW LINCOLN NAVIGATOR in the future. Oh by the way they NEVER resolved my issue. Had to go to another dealer and have it done to my satisfaction. It was done and they DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING. More
