Won't dealership ever. Very disappointed. I was lied to Nd they removed items from my car and were never found. Their responsiveness and demeanor to always be in that "what can I do for you next" attitude was just another factor in my decision beyond just the price! Which can't go unmentioned (no matter how hard it was to do)- :0) Mike P. also maintained the excellence by producing that fun & enjoyable personality to make the whole "paperwork thing" as easy and comfortable as would never be expected from my past experiences. BTW--the X3 was terrific on the ride home--we're gonna enjoy this car. More
Simply an amazing experience I found the car I wanted on cars.com. It was a sunset orange m2 competition. I filled out the contact portion to inquire about the car. I was then contacted by Frank and the team at Melbourne BMW. To sum up my experience it was simply delightful. I flew out to pick up the car and they picked me up at the airport an hour away! Once at the dealer it was quick and smooth and everyone was so welcoming. Dustin the genius, Lindsey, Frank in sales and Mike in finance all came together for a flawless experience. More
Continuing review, runflat tires wear quick and uneven The runflat tires that BMW is trying to charge me at $300 per tire at lease end should have a 60k mile wear warranty on them. This car had 30k! Im a woman, moderate driver and not in the habit of spinning tires, lol! These run flats are known to wear very uneven, predominantly on the sidewall eventhough rotations were done (or so they claim) by BMW during service intervals. Toyota and Honda were involved in a mass suit last year that paid back owners/lessees the excessive costs and wear on run flat tires. I had 4 tire incidents during the 3 years and had to buy 2 new tires already. I will dispute the lease end charge. More
They hit you hard after lease end! I had a pre inspection on my 3 yr lease end today for a 2015 BMW 428i. Dustin, the inspector said I needed 3 new tires at the cost of $900! This car had no dents, dings, interior issues, was clean inside and out. I am disappointed, yes a dealer can insist, but I just turned a VW GTI in next door to them that I leased at the same time for my son (same dealership) and they were far more lenient plus I had a really nice guy inspecting it. Dustin is the weak handshake nitpicker you dont want at the end of your lease. I would lease elsewhere next time. More
