Frustration is not a even a word..we got off the hwy.. parked and found a great dealership in west palm Beach that had a brand new 2020 with just 15,000 miles on it, I payed cash and started to head home. Guess that dealership you send us to, don't care about building a life long relationship with clients.. their loss. More
Worst Service Department for high end luxury cars! Brought my car in for service, when I brought her home I noticed 3 deep tiny scratches on my car just under when closed the bonnet meets the body on Brought my car in for service, when I brought her home I noticed 3 deep tiny scratches on my car just under when closed the bonnet meets the body on the drivers side. Called service immediately to report the issue. I call again and he tells me to take photos and send them. Then I called again and he said to bring the vehicle back to them for their detailer. When I arrive he then videos my car with his cell phone, much later he comes back with a tablet saying those scratches were already there when I brought my car in for service that day. He never mentioned that to me on the phone the numerous times I called him and he said they are not responsible for the damage. Then he said here is the video time stamped the day you brought the car in and there are the scratches. Tiny scratches you can not even take a photo of due to my car being black.Time stamped? Really? Does he think I am stupid? Anyone knows with what I just stated before plus you can time stamp anything to whatever date you want. Anyone that knows anything about IT knows how to photoshop to suit your narrative. I do hope BMW America & those at BMW Germany, along with service customers here know how this company is doing business when it comes to service & practically calling their customers liars! More
Just picked up my 2022 X3 M40i and I cannot be happier. It came in MUCH after than I was told and Jo had it waiting on the showroom with a bow on it. My 1st BMW. Spoke with their sales dept. about a used Genesis GV80. While on the way to dealership the following day they sold vehicle while I was en route. Obviously, I would recommend you find your Bimmer, or other high-end luxury vehicle elsewhere at a dealership with service that matches the quality off the product being offered... More
I brought my car for interior detailing. It was basically clean just needed to clean couple of spots and remove dust. When I got the car I could tell they did not touch the car at all! Do not consider buying on the internet with this dealer or remotely. I work in healthcare and do not have time to shop at a dealership. I was willing to buy a car without seeing the actual car since I am or remotely. I work in healthcare and do not have time to shop at a dealership. I was willing to buy a car without seeing the actual car since I am a long-time BMW owner and have driven this model before. I had lots of initial responses and was trying to finalize a deal...when all of a sudden I didn't get a response for a long while. When I wrote to inquire, I was told it just sold. I didn't even get the courtesy of a call. I know I was a distant buyer (a few hours away) and needed delivery, but I was upfront about this from the get-go. I think this practice is unethical and would not consider buying from this dealer again. More
This dealership is price gouging. This business allowed me to drop my vehicle off to receive a inspection. I have attempted to reach my advisor Jamison multiple times, I have also left message for him to return my call. I am on day three and no call from BMW as my vehicle stays up there. I am not going to pick up my vehicle until this is resolved. I will not pay a price of $595 for a inspection with no repairs done on my vehicle. I feel I am being taken advantage of because I am a woman. I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. $600 for an inspection is outrageous More
