Best Customer Service!! Mark Rank took great care of me during and after the sale of my new 2019 Ford Edge. The color I wanted was not immediately available and he made sure Mark Rank took great care of me during and after the sale of my new 2019 Ford Edge. The color I wanted was not immediately available and he made sure I had a loaner during the time I would be waiting to get my vehicle in the color I wanted. He came in early on a Saturday that he was not scheduled to make sure I was taken care of and even delivered my vehicle to me in Hutchinson and assisted with the setup of all my features. I worked for a dealership for 9 years in the past and I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had and it was all due to the fantastic customer service from Mark and team!! More
