Provided key insights to the features available on our Ford Edge. In my opinion, Hadi can work on improvements around clearly understanding our desires in the price negotiations. If I could have rated a 4.5 stars I would have but couldn’t get to a perfect 5 stars. The issues were minor but did cause our evening to be later than desired because of the necessity for corrections to the paperwork. Overall we were pleased with the salesmanship from Hadi. More
