My initial visit was great, everything went smooth, the salesman Jorge (ask for him if you’re popping in to look for your new car) and Obi worked with me to get exactly what I wanted (or as close to what I salesman Jorge (ask for him if you’re popping in to look for your new car) and Obi worked with me to get exactly what I wanted (or as close to what I was asking for as possible), a few weeks later I received a text message from the finance director Casey, and this is where things took a turn for the worse, I was going to have to change things for my financing, which wouldn’t have been an issue had he actually spoken to me, and explained things to me rather than text and avoid me. He was disrespectful, he wasn’t helpful at all and when I was trying to call and speak to him he wouldn’t even take my calls. I ended up going up to Mel Hamblton that afternoon to try and get to the bottom of things and he wouldn’t even come out to talk to me. Now, I could have just given the car back, taken my down payment and my trade in and walked away from the whole situation. But Stan, who also works in finance took the time to explain the situation and how we could fix it. He was so graceful even though I was upset and beyond irritated. He helped resolve the situation, got the financing back in line and has completely changed my mind on purchasing future vehicles from this dealership. Thank you, Stan, so much for taking the time out of your week to fix a very upsetting situation, I am extremely grateful! More
