Came up to Mel Hambelton Ford on a Monday with a plan to get out of my 2005 F150 and in a used Chevy or Dodge truck. I was determined. In the end I wasn't able to get the one I wanted due to unforseen issues with finances but they did me right and Rip actually talked me into another Ford....lol. I have been a satisfied customer of this dealership in the past but the way my wife and I was treated today was very upsetting.
