My salesman, David Alvarez, was very pleasant to deal with, and never made me feel uncomfortable in any way. We were able to negotiate a deal on the F150 I bought, as well as my trade-in, in about an hour. Not only did I get my F150 for a very good price, but the amount I was offered on my trade-in was too good to pass up. In the end, the deal I got with Mel Hambelton was $12K better than the deal their "competition" on the other side of town offered me, and I was actually treated with respect, as opposed to the "other place." We traded a 2009 and a 2004 Ford Focus for a 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. Had a great experience and the new car has all the options except for the heated leather seats. My only complaint is with the service department, upon receiving the vehicle as new, a deep scratch was discovered and promised to be fixed. Drove the car for a couple days and returned by appointment to get the scratch fixed. Upon receiving the vehicle again, the front right corner of the car was covered in dry hazy wax. The service tech said it just wipes off but didn't explain why the wax was still on the car. It should have been presented as new again, not dirty and covered with wax. More

Brad was great: very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy like a lot of salesmen you'd come across.
