Great experience buying our Escape! I knew Aubrey and asked for him when I called. I actually did not shop anywhere else, because I knew I could trust Aubrey.. He talked to me about what I wanted an needed on the phone. He sent me pictures of two possible cars and the first one he sent was perfect for us! We are in our mid 70’s and I had a major back surgery recently. I needed better lumbar support;love the heated seats ; and better gas mileage. I did not want to have to walk all over a lot to try out cars. Aubrey brought the car to my work; I drove it; my husband came and looked at it and we bought it. The price was fair and the process was easy. Financing thru my own Credit Union was cheaper by going thru Mel Hamelton Ford! We really needed this car and the features it has. Better safety and incredible comfort! Aubrey will treat you like family and give you a fair deal right off. This is the only car I did not have to negotiate the pricing on too! And I have bought many! More
