My experience with MH Ford was spectacular. I have never dealt with a dealership that was more friendly and courteous than this one. Usually the salesman is nice because he has to be, but Eric went above a dealt with a dealership that was more friendly and courteous than this one. Usually the salesman is nice because he has to be, but Eric went above and beyond and handled our needs with great effiency. I actually felt a little sorry for him because the car I ended up buying was not the car I wanted. The car I wanted was a Mustang GT (of course!!), but I walked out of there with a Ford Fusion. I love the car. Then we spoke with the floor manager, then another lady, Nancy, about how the sale went, and then finanacing. Without missing a beat in all of the steps of this major buy, everyone was polite and so friendly, i instantly felt at home with these people. Eric, Justin, Nancy, and Shawn, thank you so very much for making mine and my husbansd's experience so special to you. I know all you did was your jobs, but it certainly didn't feel like it. I will be coming to you again not only for service of my new car, but also a future buy. More

My experience with MH Ford is from a slightly different perspective - I am a fleet administrator. Curtis is a top-notch customer service guy; he makes my job easy! I can call him any time to ask a question or order a car, and he is available to take care of it. We have ordered 17 Fords in the last 6 months, and every order has been handled with complete professionalism. Ford drop-ships our cars to dealerships around the country, but Curtis is the one who takes care of every detail so that our employees are able to pick up their cars in no time, with no worries. This keeps them working, and improves our bottom line. I do business with a couple of other dealers in the area, and MH's customer service is definitely a cut above the rest. More
I really was NOT in the position to BUY a truck.I wanted to pay off some of my bills 1st before I traded what I had.I went there just to see what they had.BUT I ended up with a NEW F-150.So I guess I will b to pay off some of my bills 1st before I traded what I had.I went there just to see what they had.BUT I ended up with a NEW F-150.So I guess I will be having bread & water for a while unless I find a part time job that I could work besides my full time job that I have. DON"T get the wrong ideal I DO think that I got a GREAT DEAL ! BUT I wish it could have waited awhile. More
My husband and I are repeat customers with Mel Hambelton Ford. We had leased two vehicles from them three years ago and it was time to trade them in so we went back to Mel Hambelton. We like this particulare dealer because they have a large selection of vehicles on the lot. They let you browse without disturbing you, but there are always salespeople available to help if you have questions. The cars on the lot are unlocked so you can actually look at them inside and out. We get a nice discount through my husband's employer so we don't have to do a lot of negotiating. The salespeople at Mel Hambelton continued to treat us as valued customers even after they found out about the discount program. Other dealerships in town won't even help us once they find out about our discount because the salesperson's commission is decreased. We were pleased that we were able to just turn over our leased vehicle and let the dealership take care of the rest. We were also happy that they had suggested that we spend the $350 for the Red Carpet Lease insurance which covered any excess wear and tear when we turned in the vehicle. It was nice to not have to worry about it when it came time to turn it in. My only complaint is that it takes a long time to purchase a vehicle. We spent approximatly 8 hours at the dealership from start to finish. It would be nice if they would get the facts and then let you leave while they work out the details and gather the paperwork so that you don't have to sit there the whole time. But I think you probably have that with any dealership. More
It was on June the 12th, my twin sister Joyce her boyfriend Rick & our older sister Pam & I had went to Spear's to eat and to get our free b-day pie. Joyce & I's 50th b-day. Later I had been driving in my car & I was listening to KZSN 102, the aunt man. And that was when I heard mhford's on my car radio, a fund raiser for 2 cancer,s that my twin & I had lost a husband to & that they were going to give away brand new mustang to the winner. So I called my husband up and I asked him if I could enter us into the contest. Jim said, yes! So I entered my twin Jim & I into the contest. I was the only name drawn out of the 3 of us. I received a phone call saying that my name had been drawn for a chance to win a new car. Who would of thought that my name would be drawn for a chance & that I would be the winner of all those many people. Yes, I'm still pinching myself! I still fill like I'm in a fairy tale life, even as I right you this message. I want to thank mhford & and all who made this possible. I'm very thankful! I thank my Lord Jesus for this special gift that I believe that he wanted me/Joan to win. Jesus is my best friend I have ever had. I love my brand new 2011 ford mustang. A very nice 50th b-day gift!
