The service was great, and everyone was friendly at the dealership. My one complaint is our questions were answered with false information. It seemed like they would tell us what we wanted to hear, rather dealership. My one complaint is our questions were answered with false information. It seemed like they would tell us what we wanted to hear, rather then what was actually true. An example of this was the title. We asked if we would get it that day, and were told we would. Obviously we didn't (which later we find out is normal) but at the time we didn't know this. Not a big deal, but still annoying that they weren't truthful. More
Went to purchase a 2006 Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition as found on dealership website. When reviewing the Car Fax prior to purchasing, noted previous front end collision that was repaired. Was assured that found on dealership website. When reviewing the Car Fax prior to purchasing, noted previous front end collision that was repaired. Was assured that it was taken care of previously. Discovered within 3 days that the radiator was leaking. Returned to service and they replaced the radiator. Shouldn't this have already been done? Then the change oil display would not clear. Service indicated that the business who changed the oil did not know how to reset this. I do not believe that since they service all makes and models every day. Then received the title and misc paperwork in the mail to get the plate and registration switched over from the old vehicle. Spent time away from work to go to tag office only to find out that the dealership had not sent me the Power of Attorney when they signed the back of the title from the previous owner. That will no have to be mailed and another trip made to the tag office. Major inconvenience. More

The customer service we received at Mel Hambelton was superb. The amount of inventory was great and we had several differnet options to choose from when picking our vehicle. James was not pushy. James gave me his lowest price on a truck and encouraged me to shop around to see if I could find a lower one. Mir was very friendly and easy to work with. We even arrived 30 minutes prior to closing and he was patient and worked with us two hours after closing to get us a wonderful deal! Working with Mir Rahman is always a pleasure. He worked hard working with me and my wife to get the numbers for my new Ford Fusion to were I was happy. I was given a payment within my price range however when the paperwork was completed several days later (weekend and holiday) final payment was much higher than I had been told. The interest rate that was originally quoted had increased. I already had the new vehicle and gave mine to the lot. Was told that if I gave a referral to a friend or family member and they purchased a vehicle I would receive a 250.00 referral fee. I gave one and they purchased the very next day and have not received anything. When the friends asked for a particular sales person that gave me his card with referral info they were told that he was busy and someone else helped them. More
