My last car, a Ford Focus Wagen, I purchased in Jan 2000. It was time to replace this vehicle with a new one. Since I never had any major problems with this car I was determined to purchase another Ford Foc It was time to replace this vehicle with a new one. The sales personnel went out of their way to find the vehicle I wanted. I cannot comment on Customer Service and/or quality of work. Only time will tell. More

This was the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Mr Nelson and if I need another one it will be from him no matter which dealership he is with. I wasn't rushed into the decision. Javier has a great sense of humor, I have never been so comfortable in a car dealership. I have already referred 2 friends that felt the same way I did and purchased a vehicle, which by the way is money in my pocket. My wife had just bought a Ford Fiesta from Mr. Benage, the previous week. I drove it on my commute to work one day to see how it handled and how it did on gas. I NEEDED a new car and had wanted a Ford Escape Hybrid for the last five years, but couldn't get it at the right price point for my budget. Not only did Brad and Bret make that happen, but they made the for the last five years, but couldn't get it at the right price point for my budget. Not only did Brad and Bret make that happen, but they made the whole experience so comfortable that I didn't get the usual knot in my stomach when car shopping. Brad actually went out and found the Escape, then called my back a few days later. I hadn't had one other dealership call me back. He followed up, remembered what I was there for even though it had been several days, and got me on the road with my new vehicle. They are very dedicated to customer service and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need.
