We went to Mel Hambelton Ford to see about having my air condition on my 2008 Ford Escape fixed. While there, my husband started looking at the new Fords. We talked with Reggie Harlmon and decided to buy condition on my 2008 Ford Escape fixed. While there, my husband started looking at the new Fords. We talked with Reggie Harlmon and decided to buy a 2010 Escape (this will be my 4th Escape - I love them). Anyway we brought the 2010 Escape and drove it home. It had 30,000 miles on it. Within the 1st week, the check engine light came on. We took it back to be checked and they took care of fixing it and furnishing us with a rental car for two days at no charge. We have traded with Mel Hambelton Ford for years because of this type of service. They take good care of their customers!! More

I went to the dealership looking for a new car, even though I ended up keeping mine, it had a flat tire soon after. Most of my car buying experience was done over the phone. When I got there Bridget was fun to work with. She was very laid back and helpful.
