There were a couple of rough spots in the price negotiation, but in the end, even though I paid a little more than I wanted to for the car I found out that the price that I paid was more in line with a 2009 than the 2010 model that I bought so it was obviously a very fair price. Considering the fact that we have spent about $70,000 dollars at this dealership in this time frame, I would have thought that we would have received a better vehicle than a base Ford Focus for a loaner car while the hail damage was being repaired. And it took two trips to get everything fixed. But it did get fixed. Zack was very helpful through that process. More
