My husband and I went to Mel Hambelton because our neighbor had just bought a car from there and had a really good experience with their salesperson, Zak Ellington. So after checking out 4 other deal neighbor had just bought a car from there and had a really good experience with their salesperson, Zak Ellington. So after checking out 4 other dealerships, we headed to Mel Hambelton. Zak was very personable, and quite knowledgable about the vehicle we were interested in buying. He, Zak Ellington, really advocated for us, the buyers. Along with his finance manager, we were able to come up with what we wanted at the price we wanted. The extent of the customer service Zak provided went so far as to order a pizza because I was starving! As far as the car buying experience goes, this has been the most pleasant. The team at Mel Hambelton were courteous and really worked to make a deal work for you. I would highly recommend, and I have to several people, Mel Hambelton as a premier car dealership. And if you go, please ask for Zak Ellington, he is a good guy with a great sense of humor! More

All I did was inquire on the internet about a transit connect for a delivery vehicle for my business within minutes I got a phone call from Pam and she brought me out the transit connect I saw your websi connect for a delivery vehicle for my business within minutes I got a phone call from Pam and she brought me out the transit connect I saw your website I decided it would be perfect for our deliveries. and the next day she brought out all the paper work with the transit which had a temp tag on it and a FULL tank of gas, she also explained the tires for life program. Phil Nightingale went over and above any dealership that we have be involved with ever. Mark Rank called me and brought to Hu.tchinson the Edge that we were interested on their lot for us to test drive. Thi we have be involved with ever. We told Mark that we did not want to pay anymore on payments than what we are now and after checking , checking, and checking they were able to get the payments less than what we were paying. Phil knew about the negative treatment we had at Midway Motors in Mcpherson and now we will not go to any other dealership to by our Fords.
