Mel Hambelton Ford

I was going to buy a Nissan but I just couldn't buy a foreign car. We knew Josh worked at Mel Hambelton and decided to look at the Ford Edge. Josh and our son went to school together so we felt comfortab foreign car. We knew Josh worked at Mel Hambelton and decided to look at the Ford Edge. Josh showed us every Edge on the lot with the low miles we wanted but they didn't have everything we wanted so we started looking at the new ones. We finally found what we wanted and came to an agreement. We couldn't take the Edge home that night because we had to take the wheels off our tradein. Josh was off the next day but he came in to make sure everything was taken care of. He spent time showing us some of the features of our Ford Touch. We are not very computer savvy and are still learing. The only recommendation I have would be for you to have a class on the Ford Touch. Ha! Ha! More

Reggie was real knowledgeable about Ford trucks and made every effort to ensure our satisfaction. We just love the truck and have put over 10,000 miles on it so far. My husband and I were looking at trading in our cars. We had decided to go to another dealership then the one we had used before. We were greated with the most respectful salesman. We had actually gone I'm to just purchase one vehicle and left with two. Ryan is very helpful and listens to what you want and does not jump right into it. Well it will be hard to describe, from the moment I walked into the showroom Trvis waited and then came up to me with a GREAT SMILE and gave me great information about a used 2007 Dodge van I was looki walked into the showroom Trvis waited and then came up to me with a GREAT SMILE and gave me great information about a used 2007 Dodge van I was looking at. Travis waswhat I would call the perfect sales person with the information I needed and best of a he was not pushy which turns me off when I have come to shop. Trvis and the entire staff teated me with respect and the finace department got me the very best deal which will help reastablish my credit after being discharged from a chapter 13. The one Big thing you all did was make a 55th birthday unfogetable. You see I was making this purchase for my wife who turned 55 on October 29th. I brought her to the dealership blindfolded, she had no idea what was going on. She was welcomed to the Sedgwick County Zoo as we walked through the door and then the entire staff and customers sang Happy Birthday to her, she was so surprized and to say the least you have what will be two loyal customers for life.
