Our experience was above and beyond. Not just by Stan who helped get us the car we needed but also by Jeff, the GM who went out of his way to help us get to where we needed to be. The finance department worked to get us a lower interest rate and actually made our payment less than originally anticipated! I would recommend the dealership and the crew to my friends. I greatly appreciate the honesty from Stan - not beating around the bush. He didn't care about making the sale, what he showed was that he cared about our personal situation and made sure to get us into the best possible place for us! More
WOW! What a great car-buying experience! Saturday, 02/09/13, we were "window shopping", killing time, not expecting to make a purchase. I had seen a specific 2012 Mustang GT on the MHF website that I wanted to check out. My husband and I test drove it with Milton and decided it was too good of a deal to pass up. Milton, Brian and Todd were great at working with me to finalize the sale and the financing. Everything went smoothly and relatively quickly. Austin worked with me to learn all the computer features of the car, including Sirius radio sign up and activation, and using Microsoft Sync to connect my cell phone to the bluetooth feature included in the car. In addition to the fine service at the dealership before driving away in my new Mustang, Austin and Alex made an appointment to come out and program our Mustang to open our garage doors. Unheard of great service! No one at the Toyota dealership offered to program our garage door openers for us on the last three Toyotas we purchased. The after-sale service provided was above-and-beyond, and we were impressed! Thank you for such a wonderful car-buying experience. We LOVE our new Mustang and the people at Mel Hambelton Ford. Everyone at this Dealership was very friendly & courteous. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome & important. I have bought vehicles from Jon Jackson in the past. On Jan. 7 of this year my son was in a serious car accident. The first thing Jon was concerned with was if my son was okay. Then what he and The Mel Hambelton family could do to help us out, and get us into something we could afford. Since he is going to college and working we needed something reliable for him to drive. We went through all options from used, leasing, and new. It turned out that the best fit for us was a 2013 Ford, and it lowered our payments from the used vehicle we bought from here 11 months ago. Jon is always awesome. He is very professional, reliable and nothing but a gentleman. He has never treated us with anything but respect, no matter what the value of the car is that we may be looking for. When Jeff Horning found out about my son he also was concerned about him, and helped us out when he found out he had nothing to drive until we got through all of the insurance hoops, and found a car to buy for him. I have always been pleased with Jon, and would use no one else but Jon when buying a vehicle. Jon is so good at his job that even if you have an issue after you buy the vehicle, he will go take care of it for you. He's not just there when you buy your vehicle, he is here for you afterwards as well. We have now purchased 6 new vehicles, and 1 used vehicle from Mel Hambelton, four of those have been purchased from Jon and we have never been happier with these purchases. Thanks Jon for everything. However a recall troubled 2013 escape( a car my wife really liked!) caused us to look for something different. We settled on a 2013 Edge. Thus the trade was made. This was an inconvience we had not planned on enduring, but the folks at Mel hambelton did their best to make the deal work and to be helpful in every way. I do not blame the folks at Mel Hambelton Ford for the recall troubled Escape, that goes to the engineering dept. and R&D at FO MO CO! More
WOW! I just bought a new Ford from Kareem at Mel Hambelton. They are better and they are proving it, and they just did to me! I have worked with just about every dealer in the city and have never h Hambelton. They are better and they are proving it, and they just did to me! I have worked with just about every dealer in the city and have never had a good experience, in fact many times I left angry. I dread car buying. Most recently I tried buying a Lincoln from Davis-Moore and was treated with such disrespect I walked out and swore to never buy a lincon, let alone anything from that dealer. I even let Lincoln know and neither the dealer or the company cared to respond. I get that I have high standards. I am not a customer who is easy to please. But even with my high standards, the team at Mel Hambelton far exceeded what I expect in a car buying experience. I will never buy another car from anyone else. The experience at Mel Hambelton has left me wanting more. Thank you Mel Hambelton and thank you team! I truly appreciate the respect and fair dealing as well as all the extra effort to make the purchase enjoyable. More
Me and my fiance found ourselves at Melhambelton after hearing good reviews from personal friends and family who have dealt with this company. After visiting for the first time we were greeted by our first sales person who was helpful but we weren't completely happy with the service. (bad communication really) After a second trip up to the lot we were lucky enough to get paired up with Stan Bogdan. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze from that point on. He listened to what price range we needed to be in, and worked closely with the finance team to get us into a good match. Not to mention he kept us fully informed of every step taken the entire time! We never felt pressured into selecting a vehicle. He was able to answer all the questions we had going in, and if he didnt know the answer, he found it out for us right away! He is one of the best there!! We will deffinately be buying our next car there. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Gus and Mark over in finance. Both of which are some great individuals who will have you laughing and smiling the whole time your finishing up your paper work! The whole team worked to get us such a great deal on our car and got us out of our trade in w/o any snags.
