We started by calling the dealership and Stan was wonderful to work with right away and letting us have ideas of what was available and even gave us his cell phone number to call upon our arrival. We arrived Stan was with another customer and immediately had David visit with us and go over what was available in what we were looking for. Stan and David worked together were very upfront with everything and no hassles on anything. We settled on a deal with the trade in and went to finance and visited with Mark who I will say was just awesome and great scenes of humor and worked hard to get interest rates and payments were they could be worked with and very carefully explained all the paperwork carefully not trying to just shove and sign like other dealerships we have been to. Upon completion of finance we met with Austin who did a fantastic job showing the Sync, going over the manuals and walking us thru all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Austin further told us if we need to review it at any time we could stop back in and someone would be glad to help us out. The whole team was great and I would recommend MH Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle and service center. More

My wife and I have purchased many vehicles new. The experience we had making our new purchase at Mel Hambelton was by far the best we've ever had, while shopping for a new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He helped use find the perfect vehicle for our needs and price range. Doing business with Stan was like spending time with a best friend. Mel Hambleton and Stan Bogdan will be our First choice in the future. The Finance Manager at Mel hambelton Mark Mccasland was also great. Normally we dread this part of the vehicle buying experience. Mark made this part of the experience very pleasant. He was very good at what he does. Normally we have our own lender secured, but Mark helped find a better rate than we were expecting. He really went the extra distance for us. Too often we have felt the Finance person was trying to pad the bottom line. This was definitely not the case with Mark. Mark went over all the options with us. Then listened to our needs and found the perfect fit. Great job by all at Mel Hambelton Ford. From Start to finish Awesome. More

Experience at Mel Hambilton was amazing. This is not my first new vehicle, I have purchased four new ones in the past. But I have not had an experience like this before. Everyone was very kind...from the first new vehicle, I have purchased four new ones in the past. But I have not had an experience like this before. Everyone was very kind...from the the technition, salesman, finiance, and the guy that showed us how the F150 worked on the inside. I also talked to several other salesman while I was there, just visiting with them. They were all reall nice and I enjoyed visited with them. Also spoke to an events cordinator, as they were having a fund raiser for something....cant remember exacly what it was. Everyone had high praise for the CEO (I think her name is Lisa). That says a lot about her if all of her employees have good things to say about her. I will buy from them again, I was that impressed. I forgot to mention the Teacher service program. i have taken my car to get serviced here since i bought it. Every time i have gone back, i have never had anyone be friendly or go out of their way to help my needs. Twice i was suppose to have a rental c it. Every time i have gone back, i have never had anyone be friendly or go out of their way to help my needs. Twice i was suppose to have a rental car for repair needs, and the rental car was not reserved for me. I have yet another problem that needs attended to. Every person i have dealt with at the service department has been rude and not helpful. They don't care about their customers, they just want to get you out of their way and move on the next. I continued to go here since they weren't out of my way. I guess from here on out, i will drive across town and visit Rusty Eck Ford. More

He not only looked at the immediate vehicle need, but also my future status and car value. He was the most honest and knowledgeable salesman that I dealt with in the dealerships that I visited. When we asked him about several cars on the lot, he was very honest with us as far as gas mileage and whether or not it would suit our needs and our budget. We were at the lot for over 2 hours and never felt put out or uncomfortable. Everything just flowed nicely and we left there with big smiles and an awesome new (well almost) Jeep! I am a salesperson by trade and I can spot a phoney a mile away. Stan Bogdan is the real deal and we will be referring Stan and Mel Hamilton Ford to all of our friends and family. Thanks again!! More
