Very professional and efficient in all aspect of the deal. The vehicle was perfect. They treated me like a king even though I purchased a used car and not a new vehicle. I worked with Jeff White, Alan Oliver and Todd Williams. I also worked with Teresa who was extremely helpful in getting me the title in a timely manner. I have purchased many new vehicles from many different dealerships. I found this one to be one of the easier ones to deal with as they were not high pressure, didn't gang up on you on the sales negotiati dealerships. My husband & I were getting ready to leave Wichita & decided to drive on the lot to see what they had. Ray came out and was visiting with us and we told him that we was looking for another Taurus, but & decided to drive on the lot to see what they had. He said that he didn't have one in that color, but that he had a 2010 in a Maroon color. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it. This was around 8pm. First things first....I'm not a Ford guy. I've grown up with GM vehicles and have always been happy. That said, when it was time to transition from our current GMC Acadia (my wife thought another grown up with GM vehicles and have always been happy. That said, when it was time to transition from our current GMC Acadia (my wife thought another Acadia, only in Denali trim might be the answer) Stan offered a comparison between the Acadia and a new Explorer. Comparing price, style, technology and applicable offers we qualified for, the Explorer, simialarly trimmed out, tipped the scales about $10,000 less than a new Acadia Denali. Simply put, seeing the comparison of both vehicles side by side made the decision to buy the Explorer easy. We found Stan to be quite a departure from the stereotypical car salesman. He was relaxed, yet informative and we never felt a hint of pressure. He helped us tremendously on both sides of the equation, digging deep for any rebates we qualified for and getting a fair price for our trade. While Mel Hambelton was not the closest Ford dealership to our home, we are so glad we chose to give them our business. It's been a great experience....now I just have to figure out how to break the news to the family that there will be a "Blue Oval" residing in our garage...
