The whole experience, top to bottom, was very different than anything I've ever been a part of. Obviously, the car deal was good or I wouldn't be writing the review, but Stan, my sales guy, was awesome. No pressure. Extremely helpful. I can only imagine how many hours he had in this car deal, which was a deal that he wasn't going to make much on. The staff around the dealership were great, the Finance Director was great...it was really a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. I love my new car, I love the deal I got, and can't wait to tell others that I actually enjoyed my car-buying experiecnce at MH Ford! JS Wichita KS More

Sport Trac Service I took my truck in knowing it had a few issues. But with 150k miles, I have hardly had to do much yet. Turns out, the issues were minimal. Even though I took my truck in knowing it had a few issues. But with 150k miles, I have hardly had to do much yet. Turns out, the issues were minimal. Even though an additional issue popped up after the service, I had a feeling there was more. These aspects are beyond there control. What made the service easy was I was able to get a ride to work after dropping off my truck. When the service took longer than expected, they provided a loaner car through the onsite rental service. For the small cost that I paid to get oil changed, drive belt replaced, tires rotated, wheel bearing repacked and the fact I drove a rental for two days and spent the same money as an independent shop I couldn't be happier. They took care of me with service you don't see anywhere else. Hopefully when I look for a newer truck soon, I can find what I like out there. More

I was very disappointed when I asked for the price I needed out of my truck and didn't get it. Mel Hamilton made a nice profit off my truck and it didn't take them long to sell it again it was nice other than the hood was a little fade in one place. Was blown away, then reminded I was buying a car I started out looking online. If fact spent a lot of time getting questions answered and communicating through text messages with my salesman. Sounds I started out looking online. If fact spent a lot of time getting questions answered and communicating through text messages with my salesman. Sounds impersonal but I was enjoying it and things worked well that way. I flew into town and was picked up at the airport by a gentleman that was extremely friendly and courteous. I met my salesman and immediately felt I was an inconvenience. He was working with some other customers so he told me to go look at the car while he 'got them out on a drive' which felt like he just wanted to get them preoccupied now because he knew I came to buy. When I talked to him about the car, he was a typical salesman. Did not want to hear what I was saying, just that I should understand how great of a deal I was getting and I won't find that price anywhere else. He seemed to forget I already shopped a whole another state before coming to Kansas. I knew what the car was worth. I was getting a good price, but no deal of the century. Felt like he didn't want to take the time to have a personal touch, just move me along to the paperwork. I never saw him again. Pretty sad. He should have been there to send me off in my car. The 'finance' person was terrific. I was actually given back to the same person that picked me up from the airport to retrieve the car. I felt this was my salesman's job to be doing this. However I knew the person that picked me up and that was now taking me to my car - actually understood customer service. He was incredibly friendly still and very personable. I wish I knew his name and I wish he was the one receiving credit for the car sale. He was the reason I left pleased, not because of my salesman who was no where to be found. My family that lives locally asked me what I thought about Travis and I told them he was the typical careless salesman. They agreed as they met him when they previewed the car for me. Liked the dealership but would not recommend Travis to anyone that wants to feel appreciated. More
