Great guy! I'm often skeptical when dealing with dealerships, however after working with Brian Sladek at Mel Hambelton I will never go any where else again. He is very knowledgeable and honest & I had a great car buying experience with him. He bent over backwards the entire process & I was very impressed! I will continue to buy cars through him. I will always know exactly what I want before contacting Brian and he does his very best to find that truck. For me it must must be the color and all options that I am looking for or I cannot even attempt to deal. Last year the used truck I was looking for never turned up and new wasn't in my budget, so I gave up. Brian never gave up , every time I sent a text with questions or wanted to test drive another truck, Brian was on it momentarily at work or away he always jumped on. The truck I wasted never surfaced. A couple months later, mom needed a new car. I texted Brian told him my intrest, pulled in the lot for a test drive and Brian had the Edge running and ready to go. With mom being on a walker, that really helped, as she just moved from our car to the Edge for a test drive. She loved the car but wanted to compare to others, and that we did. I.ended up texting Brian a number of where mom needed to be with her trade in. Brian and Brad came with a counter offer, it worked for mom so I told him to get the Edge ready. When we returned later in the day, all was ready to go. Mom only had to walk into the dealership once, to do the paperwork and was quickly on her way with her new car. More

New, CPO I have purchased several vehicles from Brian and Mel Hambelton Ford. Great dealership! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! New, CPO, Used...doesn't matter. This is your guy and your dealership. Brian is knowledgeable, friendly, insightful (many car guys lack that) and has a great sense of humor (helps take the edge out of car buying). I actually followed him from another dealer that closed. Couldn't recommend a better place or salesman. Always makes it smooth, quick and easy. This Time, it was less than an hour and I was already in finance! On that side of the house, they have an amazing finance team, especially James Shock. You could go somewhere else...but why? More

Brian and Mel Hambelton I think I'm up to nine vehicles so far. Brian has been a part of all of them! You tell Brian what your looking for how much you want to spend and even I think I'm up to nine vehicles so far. Brian has been a part of all of them! You tell Brian what your looking for how much you want to spend and even the options that you want and need and he literally pulls up a vehicle that meets everything you requested. Brian, Phil, Brad and everyone at Mel Hambelton keep me a loyal customer! I would not purchase a vehicle anywhere else. In addition to the managers and Brian I want to share that their service Department is top notch and thank you Kent Kjelland in service!!! As much as anything Kent has been in large part why I continue to due business at Mel Hambelton. More

They ruined my head light unit replacing the bulb. I took my Ford Focus in to have a head light bulb replaced. They ruined the the head light unit while replacing the bulb and charged me 70.00 to do it I took my Ford Focus in to have a head light bulb replaced. They ruined the the head light unit while replacing the bulb and charged me 70.00 to do it. When the other head light bulb needed replacing I took it to a local mechanic and he replaced the bulb in about two minutes without having to remove the whole unit and so no damage was done to the unit. And oh, it cost 14.95. Needless to say that the next time that I need any work done on my cars it won't be at Mel Hamblin. Also, I will never buy another car from them either. More

Great Job! I'm the type of guy who finds what I want online and then goes to the dealer with exactly what I want in mind. With that being said, I called Brian up I'm the type of guy who finds what I want online and then goes to the dealer with exactly what I want in mind. With that being said, I called Brian up while I was driving to the dealership. I gave him the stock number of the truck I wanted to see and he had it pulled up and ready to view when I arrived. The wife and I took a look and knew it was what we wanted. Now it was time to figure the money side. I had a number in mind and after some work on Brian's side he came back with a number that worked for our family. Within a few short hours we took the truck we wanted home. Great experience at the dealership all around! Just FYI...I was in talks with the dealership across town to purchase the exact same truck but they couldn't get the job done on pricing. As I said Great Job Mel Hambelton Ford! More

Easy and Pain Free I was in desperate need of a new reliable vehicle and Mel Hambelton helped me get EXACTLY what I wanted and needed! I had a great experience purchasin I was in desperate need of a new reliable vehicle and Mel Hambelton helped me get EXACTLY what I wanted and needed! I had a great experience purchasing my 2011 Ford Edge Limited. Not only did the guys work hard on making sure I got what I wanted they made sure that it was within my price range I gave. I never once felt like I was being pressured into getting something that I did not want. They were very straight forward with me when it came to the vehicle I was looking at and what they could offer! I even found a couple issues with the car that I was getting ( its used of course so not perfect) but Mel Hambelton is making sure its fixed for me! By far this was the best car buying experience I have EVER had. I will be coming to Mel Hambelton for all of my future car needs. :) More

In and out! Went to Mel Hambelton Ford to look at a used car they had listed on their website. Unfortunately when I got there it had already sold! I met Stan and Went to Mel Hambelton Ford to look at a used car they had listed on their website. Unfortunately when I got there it had already sold! I met Stan and explained my finances to him thinking I was just on my way out the door. After talking with him for a few minutes he told me that he had the perfect car he wanted me to see. I was dubious but went ahead and waited and I am glad I did! The Fusion that I left with was awesome. Stan understood exactly what I needed and helped make it happen. He treated me and my family with the utmost respect that we greatly appreciated. I was only at the dealership for a couple of hours, the whole team did a great job! More
