Since This is my second time purchasing a new car through Mel Hambelton Ford. My salesman Stan Bogdan has been truly wonderful and easy to work with! Since Stan's transition to a new position he introduced me to Nolan Williams. Since I had a change in mind he made sure that I test drove all my options and answered every question that I had to put me in the vehicle that was perfect for me. Snakes bought a used car at the price of a new one. I actually wanted a new ford focus st but was told they had none and were not getting any more until next bought a used car at the price of a new one. I actually wanted a new ford focus st but was told they had none and were not getting any more until next year. That was a lie they have had a few new ones since which ive asked about and was told they were already baught but yet again they are advertized online for sale. My car has dents they refuse to repair because it is used even though i paid $25,000 for a used focus st. They refuse to give me credit to compensate for a car that should have cost me $20,000. They are snakes, liars, and the second they have your money they no longer care what they sold you. First time i ever bought a new car and i will never go back. I will recommend any one i work with at cessna to not deal with them and my fellow service members in the armed forces. More
