We were so far away on my trade value that I was ready to walk and he made it happen! Walked me all the way through the process and made the car buying experience like I’ve never experienced it in the past. If you’re reading this, ask for Roy! Seriously, ask for Roy!! You will be taken care of and have a great experience. Now, I would like to give a shout out to Ryan in the finance office. Dude worked for me and like Roy, made things happen! He sent out request to multiple banks and credit unions to find me the best deal and I’m grateful for it. In the end I saved thousands of dollars over the course of my loan because of his efforts. He was top notch, and I can’t recommend him enough. If you buy a car you gotta request Ryan to do the back end of your deal. Overall, the dealership is A1! Sales guys, receptionist, finance staff, desk personnel and even the porter treated me like I was the most important person in the dealership at that moment in time. Roy was fantastic, Ryan was fantastic and without question, I will be back when my wife’s car needs to be replaced. Mel Hambleton Ford is the real deal.
