Very difficult to schedule a recall repair though email.
Sent multiple emails with 0 response. If you give them your phone number they sell it off to marketers.

This place is a rip-off.
The salesman was nice, but that's the only good thing I can say about them. I made the mistake of buying a Chevy Bolt there (which is a great car!).
