The worst dealership to deal with so we signed paperwork for our cpo cadilac was listed as certified however never was so we signed and suppose to be done in a week also had damage that wasn't listed so had for our cpo cadilac was listed as certified however never was so we signed and suppose to be done in a week also had damage that wasn't listed so had to go to body shop as well and needed another key programed so went to pick it up in a week said was ready show up car hasn't even been cleaned still had garbage from previous owners in it mind you I live over hour and a half drive each way so they haven't even washed it at this point s now I drive home again without the car so they can get it right takes them 2 more weeks they say it has been all done show up I start looking over the car again and the tire minimum on a certified pre owned is 5/32 and it was 4/32 I told them not right even had a depth gauge in my pocket so now they still keep car because it's awd and they have to replace all 4 tires so we leave it for another week and a half meanwhile keep calling texting leaving messages for Ryan O'Callaghan who sold me the car he hasn't responded to me since we signed the paperwork now they had to change paperwork because now we had our first payment due and they still hadn't delivered my car so after 6 weeks of owning our car we finally received it still don't have the other key yet they supposed to sent a locksmith to the house because now I have over ten trips each way after I received the car one week later the brakes they started making noise now they get hot going down the road and are so noisy they squeel so bad I got them to get it in the shop mind you this is now January I bought the car in June so they are gonna finally get my key and look at the brakes because I have 3000 miles on it they lied to me 3 different times because they had said they did the brakes when I got it when I pulled into the dealership the brakes were squealing and everyone in there heard it also showed them multiple videos of this so they say it's done show up to pick it up finally got the new key and they said they couldn't get the brakes to make a noise all 4 miles total even though they could hear pull in mind you my car still has bumper to bumper warranty and they had all the brakes apart 3000miles previous and when I returned home they were squealing and have everyday since and they wont make it right absolutley worst experience of any dealership I have ever been to would not recommend them More
