Danny Pollack was friendly, helpful, and my car was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My car now has fresh oil, new filters, and the inside smells and looks so fresh and clean. They were courteous, place was clean, they did what they said they were going to do. Got the new part in quickly.. As your service desk knows, my visit was a complete waste of time. NO EFFORT was made to track down the person who informed me that my part and service was covered under my warranty. No discount or compromis of time. NO EFFORT was made to track down the person who informed me that my part and service was covered under my warranty. No discount or compromise was offered either. And when they said we will still do a wash and vac, I got into my car with the same sandy seat covers and only the front windshield was squeegeed, no other windows were touched. I probably won't recommend your service or dealership to any of my colleagues as I can't trust Medford Nissan to do what they promise. Thanks for the opportunity to let you know about my visit.
