Best Experience Buying A New Vehicle I was dreading going to a dealership to buy a new SUV because of some bad experiences I have had with past dealers. Tito and Lithia Nissan Were Fantastic! My Fiance and I had one of the best car buying experiences of our lives here. Tito Valenzuela provided the kind of salesmanship that I had come to be My Fiance and I had one of the best car buying experiences of our lives here. Tito Valenzuela provided the kind of salesmanship that I had come to believe didn't exist anymore. You know, the kind where the salesman actually listens to what you are looking for, and instead of trying to up-sell you into something you can't afford, he puts you in exactly the kind of car you are looking for. We were looking for something practical, in our price range, that would be reliable and last us quite a while. We ended up leaving in a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with low miles, a 3 yr. 36k mile waranty... oh and lifetime oil changes to boot (which they threw in for free!). After this experience we will be coming back to Lithia (and hopefully Tito) for our cars for the foreseeable future. THANK YOU Lithia Nissan and Tito Valenzuela! Have a Happy Thanksgiving! We ended up buying the car we went to look at. David our salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy, which is one reason I felt comfortable speaking with him. I don't like feeling like I'm being pushed into something which is how I felt at the other dealerships that we had gone to. Everything worked out fine. We enjoyed talking with David he answered all our questions and showed us everything in the car and how to use it. He even set up my husband's phone.
