Ultimately, the work was done to my satisfaction, but getting to that point was difficult. I had my car in for a complete check up and service and nothing was found that needed to be dealt with except a getting to that point was difficult. I had my car in for a complete check up and service and nothing was found that needed to be dealt with except a recall issue which could only be addressed at a later time. When the recall work was done two weeks later, suddenly they uncover almost $400 worth of suggested repairs that were not identified before. Either they were scamming me or the earlier work was shoddily done and my coming in to the shop was a waste of time. I was eventually given a 15% discount on the extra service, but the whole experience was very disappointing. My trust in them is seriously eroded. More
