I appreciate being updated on things my car needs, such as new tires, new battery, wiper blades, etc., whenever I bring my car in for an oil change. Problems with used car and warranty We purchased a used VW Tiguan, at the time of purchase we pointed out damage to the right rear wheel. They assured us that it was only cosmetic damage We purchased a used VW Tiguan, at the time of purchase we pointed out damage to the right rear wheel. They assured us that it was only cosmetic damage. Once getting on the freeway, my wife felt vibrations. i pulled up next to her and confirmed that the wheel was bent. I called the salesman and told him of the problem, it was after 5pm on a Saturday so service was closed. It was the following Friday that we were able to take the car back to have them verify the problem. They then stated that they would have to order a new wheel and would call us when it came in. A week and a half later they called. I took the car back to have the wheel replaced. They wheel that they had purchased. Was the wrong size and style. It was also used and filthy. They now have to get another wheel.the I will have to make another trip back. 140 mile round trip. each time. How could they have gotten the wrong wheel ? They had all the vehicle information and photo's from posting it on line forsale. Lets hope they make this wright. More
