This was my second time being helped by Lithia Nissan to upgrade my vehicle situation. I came in not sure of what could be possible and Alex who helped me and my husband this time was SO great at listening upgrade my vehicle situation. He steered us in the right direction and we are amazed at how quickly we found what we needed. I am even more amazed at how easily we were able to get financing. Alex went above and beyond with extra details to make sure the vehicle was totally complete and for our first family vehicle its clean and perfect, like new. Usually very pleased but this time the service department did not fix my car as I hoped they would. The same warning light that I brought it in for turned right back on when I was driving home from the deale did not fix my car as I hoped they would. They didn’t seem too bothered or apologetic that my problem Immediately recurred, just asked me to bring it back in, which is logistically very difficult in this time of isolating. They also usually wash my car or give me a car wash voucher and they didn’t do either this time. More
