I tried to do a lease buy-out with Medford Ford and they added $1000 onto the selling price of the car. I felt they were trying to be sneaky about this because they never said a word that they were charging added $1000 onto the selling price of the car. Brought my car here to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I had an appointment and still waited almost 2 hours for the service to be done. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot (on a busy highw rotated. I had an appointment and still waited almost 2 hours for the service to be done. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot (on a busy highway) My car started shaking. As I pulled into the closest parking lot my front passenger side tire literally flew off my car. I panicked my 6 month old baby was in the car with me. We could have been seriously injured, they forgot to screw my tire back on after the rotation.They eventually sent someone over to talk after the first person they sent out the tire on my damaged cat and told me “you can probably drive it back over now” he brought a replacement car for me and told me “we’re going to need this back though so You can’t keep it.” I’m sitting on the side of the road in the heat with my infant and he had no sympathy at all of the danger they put me in. After that it took over a month to get my car back. I had to reach out for updates. When my car was finally done they called and said yea you need to bring the rental back immediately I need to sell it… no I’m sorry for everything you have been through nothing of the sort. I will NEVER go back here. My lease is up in a few months and this experience makes me not even want to deal with ford ever again. More

Sold me a new 2021 Ford Escape SE. Problems with rear brakes screeching when vehicle was put in reverse. First they cleaned the dust off the rotors. When that didn’t work, they changed the rotors. They said that we didn’t drive the vehicle enough. The solution that was suggested to me was to try to sell me a extended warranty at a reduced price. When I didn’t want their damaged vehicle, they offered to buy back the vehicle for $5000.00 less than I paid. Buyer beware, steer clear of this dealer. More
