Just purchased an Explorer this week from Medford Ford and it was a quick/easy deal to make (they didn't push back once on any question I had regarding rebates, financing, etc). My grandmother purchased a used vehicle from Medford Ford about 6 weeks ago. It has been in the shop most of these 6 weeks. The week she purchased it the vehicle started having issues, the power steering and about 6 weeks ago. It has been in the shop most of these 6 weeks. The week she purchased it the vehicle started having issues, the power steering and brakes would lock up. She called Medford, brought the vehicle in and they said nothing is wrong. She took the vehicle back, the issue has happened multiple times since. It happened once closer to another local reputable dealer, they scanned and diagnosed the vehicle but told her she should take it back to Medford because it was just purchased. She took the vehicle back to Medford, they have had the vehicle for over a week again at this point, they are refusing to repair the vehicle based off of the diagnoses from the other Ford dealer, they refuse to answer or return her phone calls, the one time they did answer they don't allow her to speak to the manager and only say nothing is wrong with the vehicle...clearly something is. She reached out to the sales department for them to purchase the vehicle back now that she does not feel safe driving the vehicle and the offered her half of what she purchased it for six weeks ago. This women is 70 years old, has purchased and serviced multiple vehicles at this location throughout the years, and they don't have a care in the world for her or her safety. They don't stand behind their vehicles. Do better Medford Ford More
