The service department fixed my issue while one of the salesmen (Brian) answered all my questions about the cx-9 hybrid. I was greeted warmly & professionally by James and other service team members. However I did have to return to the dealership because the glove box was left open (without bringing it to my attention). DJ we service team members. However I did have to return to the dealership because the glove box was left open (without bringing it to my attention). DJ went in and secured the filter after the tech (Chris sent the video) left the glove box unclose-able. I can only hope he actually did change the oil & properly at that. More
