All the lights on my dash had come on - the car wouldn't come out of park - a myriad of happenings. James just went to my car and figured it out. As I was a work in, I expected it to be late afternoon before I got a call, but your great SC had fixed it well before noon. I always recommend MedCenter, from Joey (Sales) to your finance guys and always, always - your service center folks. Service to do a software upgrade due to recall notice. Car was taken back for service upon arrival at appointment time. Service was completed in timeframe I was told it would take. Great service, great price! Barry has always been so helpful and accommodating to me. He tells me what I need and when I need the service on my car. If I need, they will take me back home if I need to leave my car. This last time, I had my 100,000 mile check up and I had planned on leaving my car, but changed plans and waited. It only took about an hour to do oil change, fuel injection cleaning, and replace spark plugs....much less time than I expected to wait. He also found the best coupon for me to use and the final cost was less than I had planned. I have always been pleased with Med Center Mazda Service Center and Barry who is so helpful to me! More
