Above and beyond expectations I had taken my car in for damage repair and remembered I needed an oil change and tires rotated, so I sent and email to Rubin and ask him to see if it I had taken my car in for damage repair and remembered I needed an oil change and tires rotated, so I sent and email to Rubin and ask him to see if it could get done before I picked up my car. Rather then to pass it on to someone else, Rubin personally took my car up to the service department to make sure the work was done. Rubin has always gone beyond my expectations to help every time.
