I had a 2:30 appt and it still took almost 2 hrs while I waited. I found this ridiculous! Terrible service! This has happened several times. There is never any indication that they care. Team did provide a loaner while working on my car (it needed a battery and fuse box-$30 part). I could’ve done myself if I had a spare Mazda fuse box. However $125 for labor to unscrew 4 bolts and clean needed a battery and fuse box-$30 part). I could’ve done myself if I had a spare Mazda fuse box. However $125 for labor to unscrew 4 bolts and clean the battery rather than replace seems mighty excessive. Took 4 days to finish this as well. I didn’t receive a call - I had to keep asking “is it ready yet?” I will not be returning. I work in service and know how customers can respond emotionally and it comes across poorly. Please understand these words were carefully chosen and thought-out and it hurts to leave negative feedback. However I feel this is fair as I would’ve expected this feedback had I treated a customer this same way. More
