Went in for 2 things... 1 they said they fixed but didn't (so now I have to spend more time taking it back) and the other they refused to fix under warranty. After I paid for the repair in cash they didn't (so now I have to spend more time taking it back) and the other they refused to fix under warranty. I have only dealt with the service department, and they were awesome! The staff was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. I hate going to a service center and having the service writer talk to you were awesome! The staff was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. The service writer, and everyone I spoke with, was kind, attentive and especially helpful! I hope to not need much service on my awesome Mazda, but routine maintenance WILL be done at Med Center Mazda! More
