FroALL IN m the initial request for an appointment to the work done as requested it was a pleasurable experience and I say well done by all. The coffee and the relaxing area provided was a big plus (I had t work done as requested it was a pleasurable experience and I say well done by all. The coffee and the relaxing area provided was a big plus (I had trouble finding the remote to the TV) but the "e" sent to my internet showing the inspection done on the undercarriage was out of sight. We hardly ever get to see under our car. A new concept that is a great idea. ALL IN ALL MY COMPLIMENTS !!! More
My experience was with the Body Shop. I was treated very professionally. Due to coronavirus, I was requested to call upon arrival. The estimator came outside almost immediately. Yes, I would recommend this service center in normal times, and I love my Mazda. The last time I was in (also during COVID), techs and employees were all wearing masks. However, during this visit, the e times, and I love my Mazda. The last time I was in (also during COVID), techs and employees were all wearing masks. However, during this visit, the employee at the service desk was on the phone without his mask. I viewed other employees through the glass walls also not masked. Yet there was a sign that customers should expect longer service times because of techs out with COVID. When I returned, the same employees and others (as well as a customer) were unmasked. I was glad I had a ride so that I didn't have to stay and wait, even though that added commuting time to my work day. More
