I had a great experience. Called and scheduled appointment. Was able to show up early to drop car and have the service done while I waited. Went in for 2 things... 1 they said they fixed but didn't (so now I have to spend more time taking it back) and the other they refused to fix under warranty. After I paid for the repair in cash they didn't (so now I have to spend more time taking it back) and the other they refused to fix under warranty. I have only dealt with the service department, and they were awesome! The staff was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. I hate going to a service center and having the service writer talk to you were awesome! The staff was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. The service writer, and everyone I spoke with, was kind, attentive and especially helpful! I hope to not need much service on my awesome Mazda, but routine maintenance WILL be done at Med Center Mazda! More

Service and showroom have changed a lot. Service writers seem very busy. Personnel are “matter of fact” in person, but friendly on phone. James was exceptionally nice.
