Service department devoid of basic customer service. Department almost never answers a phone call, messages not returned, service writer appears to have no interest in listing or hearing customer concer Department almost never answers a phone call, messages not returned, service writer appears to have no interest in listing or hearing customer concerns, when repairs are not completed and unresolved issues remain, department staff responds with indignant arrogance equating level of customer dissatisfaction with amount of money spent on repairs and patronizing superiority in technical explanations of mechanical functioning-(James Hobbs). On a positive note, if you are willing to suffer the litany of abuses by these people and happen to have the patience to leave a negative social media review you will get a call from a member of this department. Apparently the facade of positive reviews is the only means to pull in unsuspecting and unaware customers. Just listed my Mazda for sale today as anything approaching professional Mazda service for this car is unavailable in the Birmingham area. More

The work done on my car was for a recall. Despite multiple signs posted requiring masks to be worn the large majority of employees did not attempt to cover their face and at least half of them did no multiple signs posted requiring masks to be worn the large majority of employees did not attempt to cover their face and at least half of them did not even have a mask with them. I made it a game to take pictures of these employees while standing near said signs and send them to my friends. Thanks for the good laugh, I didn’t realize that Pelham had eradicated covid already, well done! The service center associate kindly mansplained the repair and wait time to me as if I had never driven a car before or taken one in for service. So thankful for his expertise. I honestly don’t know what women like me would do without a man to tell us about things like cars. The service I’m sure is top rate but I won’t be returning or ranking this review highly based on the experience I had inside your service center. More
Excellent service! Wonderful associates who aim to please the customer! Love the guys at medcenter!!! They even dropped off my mother and I down the street so we could eat breakfast while we waited. What impressed me the most is now the technician has video sent to my phone to show inspection of vehicle and explanation of said vehicle. always. Used the courtesy valet service where they bring you a car while they work on yours. What a great option and it worked great. Pleased with the price of my service.
