Was told I needed new rear brake pads at previous service. Scheduled my appt., dropped off vehicle, 3 hrs later after no call or text returned to dealer to be told I didn't need new brake pads. First there was no knowledge about what had been done to fix my car car. The advisor said the battery was just charged, and the car test driven down the road. The manager said the battery was replaced, but the car was not driven. The tech who's number was used was not the one who performed the work, and nobody was sure who did it. The car was not even inspected, as per Mazda requirements and no inspection sheet was made available to me. Because of this, the tires were low on air causing the light to be on and I was forced to pull off the road and fill up my tires. The service department lacked any leadership or customer service and offered no explanation for their poor work. More
