Service time was about an hour and a half. Overall the service was good. The only downside was that when I scheduled my appointment, I mentioned using a coupon and never got a response. I filled out the online service request for my next service on my CX-5 on April 8, 2021 at 11:40 A.M. on the request I wrote down that the car was squeaking going down the road and the left blinker was service on my CX-5 on April 8, 2021 at 11:40 A.M. on the request I wrote down that the car was squeaking going down the road and the left blinker was not turning off when we were making a left turn. So when I drove up to the service entrance I gave my key to Barry Sundman and told him of the two items that needed to be looked at and repaired. I went to the waiting area that is provide by Med Center Mazda and sat down and started waiting. Well I had to go eat something because I’m a diabetic and my blood sugar was getting low. So I went to a nearby restaurant. I returned and within 10 minutes Barry Sundman told me my car was ready and my blinker problem was not turning off because I was not turning the steering wheel all the way. I told him I’ve been working on car science I was 8 years old; my father was a mechanic and I would help him and I said you don’t need to turn the wheel all the way to make a turn signal return to the neutral position. It looks like Med Center Mazada’s warranty policy is not to take the customer’s concerns serious. So I guess I’ll have to make another appointment and see if y’all can do the work that needs to be done. If this happens then I would be a happy customer. But right now I’m not😡’ More
