Service was quick, waiting area was very nice and they are on top of communication. It was my first service on a new car I bought from them and they let me know I was able to get a free tire rotation in a are on top of communication. I’ve bought all my cars from Med Center Mazda since year 2000, when I bought my first SUV, the Tribute. I’ve gone from the Tribute to the CX-5, to the CX-7, which they no longer make, but wish they did, to 2000, when I bought my first SUV, the Tribute. I’ve gone from the Tribute to the CX-5, to the CX-7, which they no longer make, but wish they did, to the CX-9. Ive always traded with Billy Mansel, he’s my guy !!! Been happy with all of them and the Service dept is phenomenal. Barry and James always make sure that I’m taken care of and my car has what it needs. Nice waiting room with drinks and coffee, tv and a constant update on the board of the progress of your car. As a matter of fact, I just financed my granddaughter a car thru them. Got her a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe and she loves it. Billy called me at school and said he had this, said it would be great for her and we went that afternoon and bought it !! Just had service done on her first oil change. I couldn’t be happier with Med Center Mazda, I have no desire to go anywhere else- ever !!!!! More

Told something would take 4 hours car was given back to me in 30 minutes, drive car back to Trussvillle only to find out it had not been fixed. I had my Mazda in two different dealerships & was told by both all it needed was tires.Neither offered to sale me tires I had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed.
