My CX5 received body work from the collision center. I am very pleased with the work done. My car was then taken to the service center where it was detailed. I tried calling the service dept several times before showing for my appt. I had left work early and drove from trussville. The person working the counter in the service dept was ignoring the calls. Whe showing for my appt. I had left work early and drove from trussville. The person working the counter in the service dept was ignoring the calls. When I got there theybwere running behind and i had to reachedule. This was a huge inconvenience and could have been handled if I either could have got a curtousy call or if they would have answered the phone in the service dept. The guy working the desk that day was not James Hobbs. James was wonderful when I did return for my rescheduled service appt. More
