To be perfectly honest, I don't understand why it takes an hour and a half for a simple oil change. I had an appointment for 9:45. It was an hour and a half before the work was completed. Also I'm not enthusiastic about all communication being by cell phone. After I completed the approval of the recommendations, there is no "Thanks you're all set" message back.
