I have used this dealership for years. I have been pleased mostly. I have asked about my brakes several times. They said they were ok at 50%. Med Center Mazda has had both our car purchase business since 2011 both new and used. The other thing, they have our service business since then as well. Can you find a small mom and pop garage or chain th since 2011 both new and used. The other thing, they have our service business since then as well. Can you find a small mom and pop garage or chain that is a little cheaper, certainly. But what I can say, we have never had to return a vehicle for a problem, always has been fixed the first time. Waiting area is first class, James does an outstanding job in keeping us updated on our vehicle progress while being serviced. I have not had the opportunity to have Bim over my service yet but have heard great things on his approach as well. More
