I took the car in and they said they would call me when parts are available. After a week, I called them back and they said that they didn’t know they were supposed to order parts then it took another week parts are available. After a week, I called them back and they said that they didn’t know they were supposed to order parts then it took another weeks for the parts to come in. They performed excellent work on the car. There was a window scratched and because it’s backordered after a month and a half we still don’t have a new back window due to backorder. The work was good. Communication was somewhat poor. More
