Yesterday I purchased my second MX-5 within two weeks. Both times, I dealt with Matt and Bobby. Both of these gentlemen were kind, professional and a joy to be around. While shopping around for the right price, I stumbled across this website and read excellent reviews from other customers. I decided to give Matt a call with my needs to see if he could help. Within an hour he phoned me back with what I needed to hear so I drove over 100 miles to make my first purchase. Within the first week, my wife was so impressed that she, too, wanted an MX-5, but she wanted the very rare and coveted Special Edition. I had already been told by other dealers that they were no longer available, so I decided to give Matt a chance to find one. Again, within 5 hours, he called me to tell me one had been located for me. Of course, we made another trip to Pelham for our second purchase. I do not know how he does it, but he does. Matt tag teamed with Bobby Blooomston to completely satisfy our needs. Bobby is a delightful, seasoned salesman who knows how to make you feel like a king. He has a sincere interest in making sure his customers are well taken care of. He called me the day after the sale just to see if everything was good. Med Center has a quality employee with Bobby. I met several other sales people as well as the service department personel and was equally impressed with everyone there. I believe anyone of the sales or service people would be just as responsive as Bobby and Matt. I have purchased many automobiles in my life but I must say that the past two weeks have been the most pleasant experience of all. Monday we inquired about this Miata online, we heard back from Matt Clarkson within 24 hours. We had asked for a quote and we were very satisfied with the price Matt gave us. We decided to drive 3 1/2 hours from Atlanta GA on Friday, we purchased a 2010 Mazda Miata MX5 Grand Touring with Hard Top from Matt. He took the time to call us while we were driving up there, gave us helpful directions, made sure the car was spotless and greeted us when we arrived with a smile on his face. He sat down with us and went over evrything about the car before and after the deal was finished. Matt made our trip worth while and we could tell it wasnt just a job to him he actually loves what he does. He said he couldnt imagine working any where else, and that says alot about this dealership. He was as excited as we were about the car! Med Center Mazda had the exact pre-owned truck I was looking for. They had it advertised on Craigs list and after it took me 2 hours to get there, it was just how the salesman described it. Great experience! We worked out the deal via emails, I drove 4 1/2 hours to get there and the deal was EXACTLY as we agreed.
