Good but took forever I made an appointment to have my oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, filter replaced, etc. I went and thought I would just wait like I have every I made an appointment to have my oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, filter replaced, etc. I went and thought I would just wait like I have every other time. When I got there, they asked if I had a ride and said it would probably be 2 hours. I was not prepared for such an extended stay. I live about 45 minutes away, so I couldn't just call someone to come pick me up. I am happy with my service everytime I go, but just wish I would have known it would take so long before I got there so I could've made plans. More

My Latest Car Service At Medcenter Mazda I arrived before my scheduled appointment but my car was driven to the service hall right away. My service advisor checked with me on what was needed I arrived before my scheduled appointment but my car was driven to the service hall right away. My service advisor checked with me on what was needed to be done and offered his advice on whether some of the items were needed or not. I then walked in the lovely newly remodeled waiting hall and I enjoyed the wait even though I generally don't like to wait for anything. Ask my wife ! The WiFi was not working so I checked with the person in charge and after a short phone call it was up and running. The waiting place has a state of the art coffee maker with a variety of k-cups so one can make the coffee of his choice. I am a decaf person, but unfortunately there were no decaf cups. I settled for a light coffee and I enjoyed it . Before too long I was told that the car was ready and shortly thereafter I was on my way. It was a truly pleasant experience ! More
