My purchase was a wonderful experience. I located the car online and requested a test drive. Dewayne immediately called me back and got me scheduled. I went the next morning and he had the car waiting for me online and requested a test drive. Dewayne immediately called me back and got me scheduled. I went the next morning and he had the car waiting for me. I was also in a rental due to a flooded total loss vehicle and was worried how I would drop the rental off, get to the bank and drive the new car home. Dewayne suggested that he follow me to Enterprise so I could drop the car off and bring me back to get my car. He is a genuinely nice guy and I could tell it. 1. Seems like 2 different service departments:Weekend 1. Seems like 2 different service departments: Weekend crew courteous easy going and friendly. We got quick attention and a loaner was no problem.. V 1. Seems like 2 different service departments: Weekend crew courteous easy going and friendly. We got quick attention and a loaner was no problem.. Vehicle issue was quickly resolved. Week day crew opposite of above. Rude. Talked my wife into an upcharge so deal we got was no deal. And said there were no loaners (lie). No alignment report? was it done was it out of alignment or not? No way to know just a receipt. 2. On another issue we have had this car back there twice for same issue and still not fixed not convinced they can do it but only Mazda dealer in the area so we're stuck. Not a good experience overall. Routine work will stay local for sure where I can trust good friendly service! More
